For over 20 years ORSANCO has published the Ohio River Fact Book. This information is now available in an on-line format. This is intended to be a dynamic web site, with information being updated and supplemented as new data becomes available. Users are encouraged to suggest additional information to be included.

In addition to ORSANCO sources, much of the information has been developed by other agencies actively concerned with the Ohio River, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Geological Survey, and the water pollution control agencies of the six states bordering the Ohio River: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
