Samples are collected twice per month (March-November) from seven locations for algae analysis.  Algae are identified to Genus level and the number of cells/ml calculated.  The results are also grouped by type (Blue-green, Diatom, etc.) and if they are an indicator of pollution problems.  This information is used in developing nutrient criteria and tracking trends.

Historical data is available from 11 stations.  Current data is available from 7 sampling stations.  The stations are listed below in order of river mile (upriver to downriver).
